It would be good if you could include a column for social network on the template so you could upload one master csv file for all networks, instead of one for each network which again takes too much extra time.

Yes to this! Would definitely save a few extra steps.

also allow columns for follow up comment, location, signature to use, and a URL link for media that is from the media library instead of an outside source!
