Add "Apply to all posts" functionality on AutoShare#552

We add multiple posts at once and it would be nice to be able to set the AutoShare settings once and apply the settings to all posts.

Setting the AutoShare settings on each and every post is extremely tedious.

This apply to all posts functionality already exists with the delay feature, we just want it with the AutoShare feature now.
