Randomize the delay between posts while bulk scheduling#53

The idea is a request for an option to randomize the delay period between consecutive posts. While I can select 10 minutes (600 seconds), I don’t want the delay to be exactly 600 seconds all the time. Maybe we can provide a range to randomize the delay in anywhere from 8 to 12 minutes (480 to 720 seconds) and the scheduler randomly picks any second between 480 & 720 on its own. Is that possible? The same would be awesome to have in Bulk Scheduling.
