Enable whitelabel and cname url to help agencies giving customers a solution for steamlined management.

I recently started setting up Publer and I think it’s great. I agree with Jon, with a white-label option Publer can have much stronger support and voice as well as revenue through the ambassador program.

I am looking forward into having the whitelabel with custom domain to sell the service to my clients. Please, make this available soon. Thanks Publer!

I agree white label would help no end
looking forward that the white label option can support other languages (Japanese)

this is exactly what we need. 🥳

Hello everyone.
Unfortunately, I regret to inform you that we are forced to postpone this update to an unknown date.
As much as we tried for several months, the complexity of offering a white label solution kept dragging us behind and prevented us from focusing on other features that are equally important.
Ultimately, we cannot afford to release something that may be buggy and break Publer altogether.
We will come back to offering a white label solution once we have the required expertise and enough resources.
I apologize for letting you down, and keep in mind that the white label solution would have been offered under a new Enterprise plan.
While ‘forcing’ your clients to be on Publer may seem like a way to lose them, keep in mind that there’s something that we cannot substitute: your creativity and marketing strategy.
If a client decides to use Publer directly, that means that you’re not providing enough value for them.
Sincerely,
Ervin Kalemi
CEO

Update: Initially we considered spinning up a dedicated server for each Enterprise customer in order to offer a whitelabel version of Publer.
That approach introduced way too many technical challenges.
We’re now experimenting with a much simpler solution:
Letting Enterprise customers simply specify their brand colors/logos and a custom domain under their settings (see attached).
This is very similar to what we did for our other product Linkie.
If planning goes well, I expect this to go into development late of 2026 or early 2027.
Thank you for your patience,
Ervin Kalemi
CEO
P.S. Enterprise plans are not as expensive as one might think, but since the setup will also require some effort on our side, e.g. configuring social logins, we need to make sure there’s a good fit and enough commitment from both sides before moving forward.

Thank you for moving this forward, Ervin! 👏🏽🎊❤️
