Brand knowledge base and guidance rules for AI content#3101

Right now the AI can match a voice or tone, but it doesn’t know the actual facts about my business. I’d like a “Brand Pitch” section alongside voice where I can store:

Products, features, and services
Target audience and personas, plus persona mapping (which product fits which persona)
Offer facts (pricing, formats, what’s included)
Product rules for accuracy (things the AI must always or never say)
“Enemies”: the tools, costs, and drawbacks my product replaces
Positioning
Brand example lines (sample captions and phrases that sound like us)
Competitors (for context only, never named in posts)

I’d also like Brand and Post Guidance: a list of rules applied to every post or ad the AI generates. Examples include required CTAs, banned phrases, and formatting rules.

This would make AI captions accurate and usable without heavy editing, and it cuts down on the AI inventing claims.
