Fix the random post time generation option#3010

The feature to randomly generate best times to post just gives you the start and end time of the interval you suggest. They’re not random at all. In addition, why can’t it randomly generate a single time? Lastly, it would be nice to have the option to randomly schedule two posts across five days rather than two posts every day.
