Remove 'Did you mess up?' language#2997

The ‘Did you mess up?’ comment that you include with email notifications that a post was not approved is very irritating and unprofessional. Posts can be rejected for many different reasons, and the ‘did you mess up’ comment is just completely unnecessary. Notify me that the post was not approved and leave it at that, please.
