Little suggestions for Publer as a new user#2993
Even though I really enjoy using Publer, there are definitely some areas that need improvement to make it a truly seamless experience:
Advanced RSS Filtering is Missing: I had to connect all my RSS feeds for automation, but there is no option to filter incoming content. Adding an ‘include/exclude specific words’ feature (filtering by title or body text) would save a massive amount of time. Because this feature is lacking, I actually had to change my own website’s structure just to accommodate Publer’s automation.
AI Needs to be More Generative: Compared to other tools, Publer’s AI feels highly dependent on extensive user input. Instead of requiring the full text, manual hashtags, and context, the AI should be able to generate a complete, optimized post from just a simple prompt, a title, or a single uploaded image.
Lack of AI Integration in RSS Automation: I don’t understand why the RSS automation doesn’t have an AI layer. I’m not asking for a complete overhaul of the article, but the AI should at least be able to automatically summarize the incoming RSS post, rewrite the caption for different platforms, or auto-generate relevant hashtags before it gets published.
Scheduling for Multiple Accounts is Tedious: Managing 10 different accounts with various articles took me 2 days to set up. The post scheduling tool desperately needs smarter bulk actions, a seamless copy-paste feature across workspaces, or ‘smart scheduling suggestions’ based on our past actions to speed up the workflow.
Pricing Flexibility & Regional Pricing: The pricing is prohibitively expensive when converted to Turkish Lira. While I really need a tool like this and decided to give it a chance, it’s hard to see Publer gaining many individual users in Turkey at these rates. It would be great to see modular pricing based on the features we actually use. For instance, I barely use your built-in AI because I prefer using my own Gemini account—it has better memory, context awareness, and knows exactly what I need without the steep learning curve. Paying for an AI feature I don’t use feels unnecessary.
Mobile App Limitations: While the desktop version is robust, the mobile app lacks feature parity. Doing quick edits, managing complex schedules, or handling RSS feeds on the go via the app is currently quite clunky compared to the web version.
Deep Analytics are Superficial: The analytics dashboard is good for a quick glance, but it lacks the deep, granular insights needed for serious reporting. More detailed metrics, especially regarding audience demographics and competitor benchmarking, would make Publer a true all-in-one platform. Due to that, I might not never buy “Business” account which is already “über” expensive :)

You raised several valuable points. Some of the requested functionality is already available, while a few of the exact workflows are not supported yet:
Advanced RSS filtering
You can already add Include and Exclude Keywords under Explore > RSS Feeds > select the feed > Settings. This is available on both web and mobile.
However, the filtering cannot currently be restricted separately to only the article title or only its description/body. This specific improvement is covered here:

More generative AI
AI Assist can generate a complete post from a short prompt, including platform-specific captions, hashtags, emojis, tone, and multiple variations. You do not need to provide the completed text beforehand.
Brand Voices can also analyze your previous posts and up to five uploaded reference files, such as writing samples or brand guidelines.

Generating a caption automatically by analyzing an uploaded image is not currently supported.
AI integration with RSS automation
This is not currently available. Your idea of summarizing an article, rewriting the caption for each platform, and generating relevant hashtags matches this existing request closely:

Scheduling for multiple accounts
You can create account groups and select several accounts with one click. You can also duplicate posting schedules and other account settings from one account to multiple accounts.

Please note that duplicating settings also replaces the existing schedules, signatures, watermarks, and other account-specific settings on the selected accounts.
Regional and modular pricing
We understand that currency conversion into Turkish Lira can make the subscription significantly more expensive. We do not currently offer regional pricing or the option to remove individual features from a plan.
Plans can be adjusted based on the number of social accounts and additional members, but features such as AI Assist are bundled with the Business plan and cannot be removed separately to reduce the price.
Mobile app experience
The mobile app currently supports editing scheduled posts, managing posting schedules, configuring RSS feeds, creating content with AI, and viewing analytics. However, we understand that having a feature available does not necessarily mean the workflow is as smooth as it should be.

Deeper analytics
Publer already provides Post Insights, audience demographics where supported by the social network APIs, Best Times to Post, Hashtag Analysis, and Competitor Analysis for supported networks.
