Auto-share Threads posts to IG stories#2968

Meta has launched a new API that allows you to cross-share a Threads post as a Story on the linked Instagram account.

Good app

It would be great if the AutoShare feature also allowed us to select Instagram Stories as a destination, so a published post or Reel, not only from threads, could automatically be reshared to the Story afterwards.

Update: You can now automatically share scheduled Threads posts to your Instagram Story directly from Publer!

Simply enable the option in the composer when creating Threads posts and choose a light or dark background for your story.

Once your post goes live on Threads, it’s automatically shared to your Instagram Story too.
