I used to be able to set recurring posts for up to five year (I think) in advance, when setting them for every few months. This is now limited to within one year. It’s a huge limitation.
This is a critical tool for my use of Publer. Can it be reviewed, please? It renders the recurring tool pretty much useless for me and takes me back to manual records on paper and reminders to reschedule the post. I simply can’t justify paying for something that no longer functions.
You may suggest using recycling. Last time I checked, I had to have the same slot every week for recycled posts. If this were monthly, I’d try to make it work. They also don’t work with special events, because you can’t move them around after scheduling (eg if I don’t want to post a sales post on Christmas Day, for example).

Hi @Kay Gibbs
Thank you for sharing this feedback, and you are right. Recycling is not always the best fit for special date-based content, especially when posts need to go out only on specific dates or months.
We have made an adjustment to the recurring post limits, so you should now be able to set longer recurring ranges again depending on the recurrence frequency. For example, if a post repeats every 3 months, the allowed range should now extend much further than one year.
Please try creating or editing the recurring post again now. If you still see the one-year limit, please refresh Publer and send us a screenshot of the recurrence settings you are choosing, so we can take another look.
Kind regards,
Publer team :)
