Fetch captions & hashtags when uploading from URL#2876

When using “Bulk Options → Upload Media → Add Links” with YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc., Publer currently imports only the media files.

It would be extremely helpful if Publer could also auto-fetch:

captions/descriptions
hashtags
titles and thumbnail
optional first comment text

Right now, users need to manually copy and paste captions and hashtags again for every post, which slows down cross-posting workflows.

This feature would save a lot of time for creators and agencies managing multiple social media accounts and bulk scheduling content across platforms.
