Hey Publer team —
Love the platform. Quick feature request that I think a lot of LinkedIn creators would benefit from.
When scheduling a LinkedIn post that includes a video, there’s currently no option to choose whether the video leads or the text leads. LinkedIn automatically makes the video the hero, which isn’t always what the creator wants.
For content-first creators — people who write long-form posts with a video as supporting context — the current setup buries the text. The post becomes a video post with a caption instead of a text post with a video attachment.
Would love to see a toggle or layout selector that lets you choose:
• Video as hero (current default)
• Text as primary with video below
This would be a meaningful upgrade for anyone using Publer for thought leadership content on LinkedIn.
Thanks for building a great tool — hope this makes the roadmap.

Hi @Marcos Moura
Thank you for sharing this suggestion.
Could you please elaborate a bit more and send us an example screenshot of the exact LinkedIn layout you would like to achieve?
At the moment, when a video is published to LinkedIn, LinkedIn decides how that post is displayed in the feed or video section. Publer sends the post content and video to LinkedIn, but the final layout, for example whether the video is shown more prominently or how the text appears around it, is controlled by LinkedIn.
I hope to hear from you soon.
