Handover of Accounts#2824

We recently had a person leave the business who managed one of our 4 workspaces. We were unable to change the workspace settings therefore she had to change her email to a spare we have.

Now this means we have more users than we actually have people in the business - and transfering it wasnt simple.

I would like to suggest making it easy for workspace owners to transfer responsibility.
