Add support for creating Telegram polls#2804

Please add the ability to create and schedule polls directly in Publer for Telegram channels and groups.
This is a very popular and effective feature in Telegram for:

• Engagement with audience
• Conducting surveys and votes
• Fundraising and feedback collection
• Running contests and quizzes

Currently we have to create polls manually in the Telegram app, which breaks our workflow when scheduling many posts. It would be great to have the same functionality as native Telegram — with the ability to set:

• Question
• Multiple answer options
• Multiple choice / single choice
• Quiz mode (if possible)
• Anonymous voting option

This feature would make Publer significantly more useful for Telegram-heavy users and nonprofits/teams that actively use polls for communication.
