UX fix: Setting to never hide scheduled content in calendar month view, improved way to schedule content on a date#2672

The “See n more posts” in the calendar month view link doesn’t just hide scheduled content but also slots. This means that slots cause scheduled content to be hidden. This is poor UI design and has led me to unintentionally double-posting content some days due to it not being visible.

Recommendations:

1) Add a setting so that scheduled content is always visible in the month view, no matter how many there are.

2) Do not show scheduling slots as content, instead put a “+”-button in each calendar date box which, when clicked, shows a contextual list/menu of available slots that date.

If you need to prioritize, just fix #1 above.

Hi Jakob,

Thank you for sharing your feedback. The team will prioritize this accoridngly.

In the meantime, here’s a quick tip: you can switch to the Weekly or Daily view in the Calendar tab. This way, you’ll see all your scheduled posts clearly without any hidden content (see more). It’s a great way to double-check and avoid unintentional duplicates.

To add to this, not sure if it helps but you can always hide the timeslots. More info on the guide below:
