Telegram - Post to a specified topic in a group#2665

it would be useful to have a way to specify the topic in which to publish a Telegram post inside a group.

By “topic in group” I mean this feature: https://telegram.org/blog/topics-in-groups-collectible-usernames/it?setln=en
