Currently, Publer does not allow the use of dynamic variables like {{link}} or {{url}} within the “Follow-up Comment” feature. This makes the feature virtually useless for professional creators and SEO-driven businesses.
To maintain high organic reach and avoid “shadow-banning” or algorithmic penalties, many platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) require the “Link in first comment” strategy. By not allowing the RSS feed to automatically place the article link into the first comment via a variable, Publer is forcing users to put links in the main caption, which significantly hurts post performance.
As a user coming from platforms like Buffer—which handle this simply—this is a major deal-breaker. I need the ability to set an RSS automation that puts the Title/Description in the post and the Dynamic Link in the first comment automatically. Please prioritize adding support for link variables in comments to make your automation competitive with other scheduling tools.
