Allow broader access to API#2569

I would like to use the API. We are a non-profit and can’t afford to pay for a higher plan. The API access would help us automate our processes.

Unfortunately, this is a business decision to protect ourselves from abusers and spammers.

However, we’re building free integrations with automation services like Zapier, Make, etc.

Also, you can get a discount for Publer Business if you go to Settings -> Bonuses.
