Tagging People & Companies on LinkedIn#2460

The tagging feature for LinkedIn posts is near impossible to use. 9/10 times, I get the No Results popup.

I want to be able to tag Company Pages and individuals in my posts.

Mentions on LinkedIn are limited due to their API restrictions, which is why you often see the “No Results” popup.

For Company Pages: You can tag them by typing @ + name or using the vanity name from their LinkedIn URL (e.g., @kalemicode). Just make sure to pick the right option from the dropdown.

For Personal Profiles: Mentions only work for profiles that are part of your Publer workspace(s) or follow your LinkedIn Page(s). If their name has changed and isn’t synced in Publer yet, the tag may not appear.

These are LinkedIn’s API limitations, but we’ll keep improving the experience as much as possible.
