Improve handling of large post lists#2453

The current design is unweildy and resource intensive for very large lists. It does not provide for any sorting, and only limited bulk actions (e.g. delete all). Rather than continuous scrolling a paginated list with definable number of items per page would make better use of screen real estate.

Whilst great for small lists, the current approach is cumbersome for anything over 50 items. I am trying to recycle two posts per day and it is painful dealing with the current interface
