Add additional columns to CSV#2451

Please add the following:

• Separate date/time columns
• additional media colums for carousels
• Post size, I found that uploading 1080x1920 images, got cropped to 1080x1350 for some reason, and can only change this if uploading manually within publer, not on the csv.
