Attention !#2445

Dans l’ensemble, je suis satisfait de PUBLER, qui reste un outil pratique et bien pensé. Cependant, je tiens à exprimer ma vive déception face à certaines pratiques commerciales que je trouve douteuses et cavalières. Par exemple, des fonctionnalités comme Recurring Schedule ou Hashtag Mode, initialement incluses dans mon plan, se retrouvent du jour au lendemain déplacées vers un plan supérieur (Business), sans préavis clair ni justification transparente.

Cette façon de forcer subtilement – mais fermement – l’utilisateur à passer au plan au-dessus me donne le sentiment d’être pris en otage. C’est frustrant, et cela entame la confiance que j’avais envers le service.

Je comprends qu’un produit évolue et que certaines options deviennent premium, mais procéder ainsi ressemble plus à un “coup de carotte” qu’à une vraie valeur ajoutée. Si ces pratiques venaient à se multiplier, je n’hésiterai pas à envisager une alternative à PUBLER, et à partager mes ressentis sur différentes plateformes d’avis comme Trustpilot, G2, Capterra ou même les stores d’applications, afin que d’autres utilisateurs soient informés.

Please note that the Recurring, Recycling, and Hashtag Suggestions features are only available on the Business and Enterprise plans. These features have been exclusively supported on the Business plan since the very beginning, and we want to assure you that we do not make sudden or unexpected changes to mislead or deceive our customers.

All this information is clearly displayed on our Plans & Pricing page, as well as in our detailed documentations, so users can easily access and verify it.

For your reference, users on the Free and Professional plans are provided with free trial access to all features that are normally reserved for the Business plan. This allows everyone to test out and experience the full capabilities of these features before committing to an upgrade. You can always check how many trials you have remaining by visiting your Billing page. This is also the reason why you were able to use the feature a few times before your trial limit was reached.

We sincerely apologize if this situation caused any confusion or disappointment. We kindly ask that this matter not be used as a reason to post negative feedback online, as it would be unfair, given that we have always strived to communicate openly with our customers.
