I had the worst thing happen. I worked on a post in Threads for about 40 minutes. Got everything ready. Language, images, calls to action, etc. Went to post it, and I got a failed notification with error message that I needed to reauthorize threads.
I reauthorized and went to look for my post in Failed and Drafts. It was completely gone. Please please auto-add failed posts from the create panel to either drafts or failed.
I have to rebuild the whole thing from scratch.

Hi there,
I’m sorry to hear that you’re experiencing this issue.
Unfortunately, this behavior is by design, and there are currently no plans to change it.
When creating a new post that keeps failing, following your suggestion could lead to multiple failed posts in the queue if the user keeps retrying.
If there are any unsaved changes, users are alerted when they try to close, refresh, or navigate away from Publer — as in this case.
As a workaround, we recommend opening Publer in a new tab to reauthorize the account, then returning to the original tab to retry posting.
We’re sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused and appreciate your understanding.
