Paid work, obviously, and we can grant you free access to the Business plan for the duration of the development work.

Upvoters, we’d love your input before we build the Zapier integration.
Which automations or Zaps would you find most useful?

There are two main use cases I have:

1. I want to create draft posts in Publer from different triggers. For example, I draft/plan all my posts in a Notion database and I’d love to be able to automatically create a draft in Publer when I automatically change the status on one of the posts in Notion. If drafts aren’t possible, at least being able to add a post to a queue automatically would be so helpful for my workflow.
2. I would love Zapier to be its own channel so I can set up a posting schedule to hit a Zapier endpoint that will then post to platforms not currently supported by Publer. For example, I have a Circle community and I’d love to set up a queue of recycled posts in Publer that would create Circle posts via Zapier. No other social scheduling tool does something like this, as far as I’m aware, and it would be really useful.

My use cases for Zapier + Publer:

1) Google Sheets → Publer

• When a new row is added for a country (US/CA/UK/EU/AU), create a scheduled post with the row’s caption, media URL, and default country hashtags.
• Auto-apply UTM template by platform/country.

2) Shopify → Publer

• When a product is tagged “promo” or gets back in stock, create draft posts in Publer with price, link, and images.
• If a product becomes “Sold out”, pause or unschedule related posts automatically.

3) GA4 → Publer

• When purchase from a specific UTM/post exceeds a threshold, duplicate the post into a new wave and schedule retargeting posts.

4) Safety

• Collaborator access only. No theme/code changes. Logs for each Zap run.

Use cases:
1) Google Sheets → Publer: new row creates a scheduled post (caption, media URL, country hashtags) + auto UTM by platform/country.
2) Shopify → Publer: when product tagged “promo” or back-in-stock, create draft; if “Sold out”, pause related scheduled posts.
3) GA4 → Publer: when purchase from a specific UTM/post passes a threshold, duplicate post into a new wave for retargeting.
Access: collaborator only. Logs for each Zap.

I would like to be able to notify employees of recent posts (at time of posting) so they can help boost the post by interacting.

Publer -> Zapier -> MS Teams/Slack/Etc.
