Comment delay until [x] number of engagements (likes and/or comments)#2376

Extend the option for when to add a comment to a post.

It’s only possible now to add a delay in time. It would be very useful to only add a comment after a post has received a specified number of engagements - likes and/or comments.

Use case: only add a CTA type comment to posts that get a certain amount of traction.

I’m saying “and/or” not because I can’t choose, but because it would be nice to be able to specify:

• [x] likes OR comments (i.e. total engagements), or
• [x] likes (disregarding comments), or
• [x] comments (disregarding likes)
