Automatically generate comments like signatures.#2374

I don’t want to put a link in my signature so that it shows up every time I post, but I want it to be the first comment, using the default format like a signature instead.

Currently this is set on hold as automating comments with a default comment for accounts would risk our relations with the social API, and socials are very strict about this.
