Autosave drafts#2346
I can’t tell you the number of times I’ve exited a draft assuming the UX is just like a note in any notes app instead of tapping outside the text field to make the keyboard disappear and then click save.
Immensely frustrating to write a draft, and then it’s gone.
Posts seem to autosave – please make drafts autosave!

We are investigating it with the mobile team and will update you once there is a fix.
Hi @Al Clunnie, in the latest mobile app release, you will now see a confirmation dialog when/if you close the new draft editor.
@Publer this is great! It’s already saved me twice!
There is a slight issue now, @Publer – after saving the post, it gives the discard post warning again.

Our developers are aware of the issue and are working on a fix. We’ll follow up once it’s resolved.
In the meantime, you can click “Cancel”, since your draft is saved after you hit “Save.”
