Adjustment to Threads#2336

After Publer scheduling expanded my reach on social media significantly, the Threads platform replaced hashtags with topics. If topics can be addressed through Publer it would be a valuable level of refinement.

After checking with the team, it seems that currently only the first hashtag will be marked as topic in a Threads post, and that is the only way to do it from the Threads API.
