Sometimes it happens to us that the client only approves the post for one platform and not for all. In such cases, it would be handy to be able to publish the posts without the client’s approval, at your own risk.
Likewise, it is very impractical that each post has to be re-approved when a typo is corrected. This problem would also be solved by simply being able to approve the posts yourself.
Hello Niklas,
Thank you for the feedback.
In your case you can choose the role of the Client, so they won’t have to approve the posts. You should give them “Should not approve posts” permission.

Thank you for the quick response. Unfortunately, that’s not really the right solution for me. I do want the client to approve my posts. It is particularly important to me that the customer is notified by email when a new post has been scheduled.
Here it’s really just about having an uncomplicated way to publish individual posts without an approval in some cases. As I’ve explained: When editing a typo in an approved post it would be nice to be able to approve it again by myself. At the moment I need to contact my client in this case and tell him to approve the post again, which is really inconvenient.
Hello Niklas,
Thank you for the feedback!
Unfortunately, at the moment it is not possible but we will keep that in mind for future developments.
What I can recommend is that instead of asking the Client to approve the posts, you simply use the internal notes in Publer to communicate and collaborate with them.
For example, you can create a post and set it to be scheduled automatically, meaning the Client has “Should not approve posts” as a permission.
After the post is created (either a draft or schedueld), you can tag the Client in the Notes to ask them if they have any suggestions before you go ahead and publish or schedule the post.
This is how to tag members in internal notes and use notes:

Hi Niklas,
Another solution would be to group similar or indentical posts.
This way the client will not miss the rest of the posts.
I have now merged your request with #1049.
Thank you.
