Add music to an image (Instagram)#1597

Instagram has released the ability to have music on an image on the feed. Is this something that could be accessible on the publer platform?

Hello Amy,

Thank you for your suggestion!

Unfortunately, that is a limitation of the Instagram API. They don’t support adding music to photos through 3rd party apps, such as Publer.

Hopefully this will change in the future, and when it does we would be more than happy to develop it.

Any changes on that? Now for carussels it would be awesome

Hi @Danny , no changes unfortunately, that is still limited from the Instagram API, natively there are much things that can be done but from third party applications we have to wait for them to open the door first. :)

Thank you, hopefully they will allow this soon :)

Can you allow us to schedule the instagram post as a push notification in the mobile app? So once we set up the post on computer (with the correct instagram sizes etc) and schedule/or post now, it instead pushes to the insta app where we can edit it with their music and post? This would be SO SO SO helpful. Thanks.
