Affiliate Payment Methods#1592

Hi,

Kindly please add other affiliate payment methods with Paypal for people who want to promote Publer but can not receive payments via Paypal as an affiliate.

Other popular payments options are Payoneer and Bank Transfer.

I hope this would be consdered and a new payment method will be added along with Paypal.
