Support WordPress title and slug in CSV#1387

Currently bulk-import for WordPress is still a very manual process, The only mapped field goes to the body, leaving title and slug as manual entry.

A great solution to this problem, which would be infinitely scalable regardless of future platforms, would be a field-mapper override for each platform… Allowing ‘msg’ etc to be used in different places for each platform.
