Calendar view - make the menu sticky#1351

If I want to change the time period or select a different channel, I always have to scroll up. When I have a lot of posts scheduled, the calendar gets longer and longer and scrolling takes an awkward amount of time.

The sticky menu would make unnecessary scrolling unnecessary

There has also been a separate feature request to add at least the month controls to the bottom as well, negating the need to scroll back up when trying to browse through multiple months.
